    We were treated poorly and forced to pay fee $50.00 for personal items by a front desk.
    Summary
    We got the Orlando airport.The front desk lady attendant took our itinerary asked us to measure the our two bags. They were fit the smaller frame which was 18x14x8. But she insisted on that we need to have them checked-in. We did not want to because bags were not the size of carry-on so that we did not want to waiting for the luggage when we arrive to TTN. So we moved in the items out to make room in the bags.

She rudely replied that it was our problem. She kept reminding us that it was us who was trying to change airline policy. She says, if we did not pay $50.00 we would be paying $70.00 when boarding at the gate. We thought that Frontier airline did not allow any personal belongs to get on the air plane.     In over 30 years of flying, I have never encountered such rude and inhumane service and after reading the reviews it is of NO surprise my first complaint was not responded to or the fact the FA aggressively and physically approached me as I left the plane - it would appear from the HUNDREDS of similar complaints this behavior is not only ignored but encouraged.

    My first flight left Fort Lauderdale for Trenton NJ/Mercer County. This airline just started flying there and it's convenient for neighboring Bucks County residents who prefer this short ride over the congestion and busy airport in Philly.     To me, it seems like the stewardess on our flight doesn't like what she is doing. Feels like she'd rather play on her mobile phone than work. She didn't even help me in putting my crutches overhead.

    MCO to DEN on May 13. I am on crutches and found staff from other airlines to be wonderful helping me, but not this time. The stewardess at the front of the plane was the most miserable and unhelpful person I have come across. I don't know why she was even there - a road cone is more useful than she was. She just stood there, glaring at everyone that boarded, with her arms folded, not attempting to help anyone. Abruptly told me to out my crutches in the overhead, not attempting to help me do so...

    If you are arriving on any Frontier flight at Denver Int'l Airport in a wheelchair--be prepared for incredibly poor customer service.Their protocol is to wheel you 25 feet to a bench, where you need to wait for an electric cart to take you to security.

    (That wait is anywhere from 15-3o minutes, as most carts are full when they pass by). At security you are literally thrown off the cart and you have to walk 100 feet to another bench. You wait there for another 15 minutes for another wheelchair to "dump" you at baggage. I think Frontier has decided that they are not interested in serving this population and poor service will discourage repeat wheelchair consumers.Mission accomplished Frontier.

    I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again. Ever. It is, by far, the worst airline I have ever had the misfortune of flying. My family flew out of Denver in April, 2014. We were returning from celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.

    At Denver International Airport, as I was offering my boarding pass to a Frontier Employee (a short guy whose name I didn’t get), he told me to step out of line and prove my carry-on was small enough to bring on the plane. I was holding two carry-on bags so that my elderly mother wouldn’t have to carry one.     I had to fly my 12 year old sister home as an unaccompanied minor, which required us to wait in a special line. We thought things will go well. But we're wrong.

    There were two lines and both looked reasonably short, plus she only had a carry on so we thought we would be through the line pretty quick. Boy was I wrong. We weren't moving and it turns out because 1 check in counter was empty and we only had 2 people working our line and they BOTH were only working our line in between the regular check in (which had lines on both sides of us and were extremely long).     When we arrived at the LAX terminal and used the kiosk to check in my wife and I we're hit with an additional $50 fee each for our carry on. We travel light and only bring a single carry on each and we ended up paying $100 extra between the two of us. WTF..........     My mother in law is flying with Frontier nonstop to Denver with our pet cat. They overbooked her flight, tried to bump her to a 1 stop in LA (we live in Virginia) and then they told her that because she was traveling with a pet that she might not get the flight at all. She called and spoke to a real person to get this flight and they still screwed her over. This airline is awful. Book with someone else.

    Frontier has a "policy" not to extend any help nor show any care to anyone with allergies. Moreover, they are to encourage other passengers to expose the passenger to their allergies. This is what they did to my daughter!

    Last night we were flying home from Denver to Seattle. We have flown many airlines including Alaska, Virgin and Southwest airlines. My daughter has life threatening allergies to peanuts, among other things. When we board most airlines we ask for their help. The airlines have been willing not to pass out nuts and make an announcement to request passengers to refrain from eating peanuts.  This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier
