    I didn't know that a direct flight is NOT a non-stop flight anymore.

    I booked a "direct" flight from SFO to LGA. I was shocked when I realized direct means there still might be a stop but it's directly on the way. It would have been good if the agent had explained that direct is not non-stop!! The agent who booked me wasn't very nice either. And for the price I paid, I just think it could have gone better. I got an extra 2000 miles in my frequent flier miles, but f that. I hardly have any in the first place. Hell yes, I'm going back to United!!

    Should have read previous reviews. This incident could've been prevented from happening had we not booked our flight in Frontier. Surely other airlines could provide better service.

    We booked flights a few months out to Oklahoma City, I am the minister and was traveling with the wedding planner and photographer. We sat on the plane in the loading dock for an hour preflight being told that they just needed to "pass maintenance check". 3/4 way from Denver they say we can't get the cabin pressure up to get over the Rockies and we have to turn around and travel 20 minutes back to Phoenix. A hour later we arrived back in Phoenix. They let us know they had many customer service r..

 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
