    we booked seats on frontier 3 in a row for my husband, 2 year old son and i. Frontier screwed up the boarding passes and put my 2 year old in a row with strangers, my husband in another row and me in a 3rd row. although passengers were willing to switch the pilot/stewardesses were not willing to let us make changes because they were in a rush to leave. Even though there were other Frontier flights leaving between the original departure time and the new departure time, staff refused to accommodate any customers in any way.     We got to the MPLS airport two hours early. There was no security wait. Unfortunately, the Frontier ticket staff wasn't there. I stood in front of an empty counter for 45 minutes.     Frontier is very slow to answer their phones. Customer Care won't even talk to you, only by email. The hold times are anywhere from 30 min to an hour on better. I lost my miles with them because I could not talk to a person before they expired and when I finally got to a person I was too late and they said there was nothing they could do.     Not only do they charge you for checking a bag but also for any carry-on and they charge you to sit with your party. The check in process is inefficient and slow, the staff are not nice. Once on the flight, there is a charge for any beverages and snacks, but water is free!     Flt 232 from Denver to Nashville, 06/04. The ticket was not much cheaper than on Southwest. My computer travel system booked it because it was cheaper, but it did not figure in the extra $20 for a checked bag and $30 for the carry on bag. Then they charged for a drink and snack! Charged for watching TV, yes you have to use your own phone, ipad or laptop but it is free. Plus if you want to select you seat in advance it is from $8 to $15 extra. This will be the last time I fly on Frontier.
