    My husband and I have been traveling once or twice a year for 28 years of marriage. We have been to the Caribbean, Japan, Hawaii, and also 11 cruises where you leave your luggage outside your stateroom the night before you depart. Never have we had anything happen to us like this, on a 3 hour direct flight. The fun vacation we expected became a nightmare.

    We started out on our Funjet Vacation with a direct 3 hour flight to Cancun Mexico, October 16th on Frontier flight #16. We were to depart at 6:35am. They made an announcement that since it was a direct charter flight and everyone was on board we were leaving early which was 6:15am, everyone was so excited.     They damaged my expensive bag to steal my shoes and duck taped it poorly. I wrote a complaint but never got an answer.

    Frontier Airlines should never be trusted! They damaged my expensive baggage, stole a pair of shoes from my bag, duck taped it poorly so i saw every item that was in my damaged bag and even though they admit it was their fault they still refused to even respond back to me. I have yet heard from a customer agent about my "lost" shoes and they never responded to my letter I wrote about their rude customer agent. I fly very often and will continue to tell my friends, family, and business associates..

    My 83 year old mother check in her luggage in one of her flights with Frontier. Her Kindle Fire got stolen as well as one of her prescription medications. I tried to pursue it. I was told I would be getting a call back. I haven't.

    My mother is 83 years old. She needed a wheelchair and had to check her luggage. Her Kindle Fire was stolen from her checked suitcase. The Frontier customer service person, who is named Jeanie, would only offer a $50.00 discount on her next flight. That is the policy. She will probably not be flying on Frontier Airlines again.     Lost jewelry box in luggage
    Summary
    My luggage ended up in another Frontier terminal in Las Vegas. They called me to confirm the contents of the bag to match it. They listed my jewelry bag and its contents but when my bag arrived, the jewelry box along with the jewelries in it are gone and they wouldn't take responsibility for the loss nor would they give me compensation for the lost items.

    Will never flight Frontier again! Flew from Las Vegas to Denver. Arrived at Denver to find my luggage was missing. It took Frontier 4 days to find my luggage which ended up in another terminal in Las Vegas. Their lost luggage department called me confirming the contents in my bag to match it. One of which they specifially listed my jewlery bag & the items in it. Once my bag arrived my jewlrey bag was gone. Frontiers response was they don't issure over stolen or lost jewlrey items.     my worst airline experience ever
    Summary
    This was my worst airline experience ever and I once was delayed by 7 hours going LAX to SFO. They nickel and dime you at every step of the way and charge for carry on luggage.

    But the best part is they lost my sneakers from my bag and did not have a single representative available at baggage claim to help me. I then went to the ticketing counter and again not a single person was there to help. I spent 20 minutes on hold in the car before my phone died and when I tried calling on a land line they would not even put me on hold but simply said technical difficulties try us later.  This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier
