    Arranged a round-trip flight from Chicago to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We arrived back to Chicago at 6:00 and had a connecting flight to make at 9:00 through Spirit. We were unable to deboard the plane until 7:20 due to an unspecified problem at the gate. They moved the plane to a different gate and we ran through the first customs to get our checked bags. Somehow there was an  issue with Frontier's luggage crew and they couldn't get anyone's luggag..

First flew with small children all separated from parents when asked to change seats was told by a very rude stewardess that we had to stay in assigned seats. What person flying wants to sit next to someone else's crying two year old? Then the stewardess had the nerve to talk to other passengers about us, very unprofessional. Pay the extra fly Delta.

    we booked seats on frontier 3 in a row for my husband, 2 year old son and i. Frontier screwed up the boarding passes and put my 2 year old in a row with strangers, my husband in another row and me in a 3rd row. although passengers were willing to switch the pilot/stewardesses were not willing to let us make changes because they were in a rush to leave.     If you are arriving on any Frontier flight at Denver Int'l Airport in a wheelchair--be prepared for incredibly poor customer service.Their protocol is to wheel you 25 feet to a bench, where you need to wait for an electric cart to take you to security.

    (That wait is anywhere from 15-3o minutes, as most carts are full when they pass by). At security you are literally thrown off the cart and you have to walk 100 feet to another bench. You wait there for another 15 minutes for another wheelchair to "dump" you at baggage. I think Frontier has decided that they are not interested in serving this population and poor service will discourage repeat wheelchair consumers.Mission accomplished Frontier.
