    I am writing again regarding the experience my children and I had on 6/14/14. I originally emailed on 6/17/14 and again on 6/19/14. I also called and was routed to voicemail. I cannot understand how a company does not respond to paying customer within a few days. I rarely feel the need to write a letter to convey my dissatisfaction but it has been one thing after another with Frontier since 6/14/14.

    That reason being that the airplanes look and feel as if they are from the 70s. And that is not a good feeling to have when you are thousands of feet up in the air. The planes are small and narrow, leaving very little wiggle room between you and the person sitting next to you.     I am a college student, so traveling home can always be a bit difficult because of cost, time to get back, the amount of luggage I can travel with, etc. I decided to go with Frontier Airlines because it was the cheapest flight that I could find going home, without having to pay any extra baggage fees.

    The seats are dirty and really old.. the brochures were torn with food dried on them.. no complimentary drink or snack.. The bathrooms were dirty and still have ashtrays in them! Really??? Smoking has been banned from airplanes for 25+ years.. Do they ALWAYS go the cheapest route??? Southwest is even better and usually cheaper! It makes me wonder what else they scrimp on. However, on our way back, our flight was canceled from PHX to Denver (DEN) because of bad weather. I do realize this was not Frontier's fault. But, Frontier didn't have another plane flying from PHX to DEN for TWO DAYS. Also, since the cancellation was "weather-related," they refused to pay for a hotel.
