    Frontier Airlines caused us to miss our connecting flight and refused to do anything about it. They didn't even offer us an apology.

    Arranged a round-trip flight from Chicago to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We arrived back to Chicago at 6:00 and had a connecting flight to make at 9:00 through Spirit. We were unable to deboard the plane until 7:20 due to an unspecified problem at the gate. They moved the plane to a different gate and we ran through the first customs to get our checked bags. Somehow there was an  issue with Frontier's luggage crew and they couldn't get anyone's luggag..

    we booked seats on frontier 3 in a row for my husband, 2 year old son and i. Frontier screwed up the boarding passes and put my 2 year old in a row with strangers, my husband in another row and me in a 3rd row. although passengers were willing to switch the pilot/stewardesses were not willing to let us make changes because they were in a rush to leave. I kid you not. (excuse the pun) They are out of their minds.

    I flew from Trenton to MSP on FrontierAirlines. When booking my flight I made sure to choose three seats in a row one for my husband, one for myself and one for my 2 year old son. when they printed out the boarding passes they separated all 3 of us and put my 2 year old son in a row by himself. needless to say all the neighboring passengers were more than willing to switch seats (no one wanted to sit next to a screaming 2 year old) but the stewardesses were so unbelievably obnoxious they were ye..

    In over 30 years of flying, I have never encountered such rude and inhumane service and after reading the reviews it is of NO surprise my first complaint was not responded to or the fact the FA aggressively and physically approached me as I left the plane - it would appear from the HUNDREDS of similar complaints this behavior is not only ignored but encouraged.

    My first flight left Fort Lauderdale for Trenton NJ/Mercer County. This airline just started flying there and it's convenient for neighboring Bucks County residents who prefer this short ride over the congestion and busy airport in Philly.     First of all, I thought flight attendants were supposed to attractive & fit & neat. Ms. Mandy was extremely unprofessional, disheveled in appearance & barely fit down the aisles. She passed my disabled sister and I while going thru asking about refreshments. Completely ignored me. Called her three times since she was only one aisle behind me.     I will never fly Frontier again. The staff were rude and made us very uncomfortable. They were not helpful at the baggage check in, this was in PHX on the morning of Sep 12th. On our connecting flight going to Nashville, one of the flight attendants snapped at me when I asked where the restroom was. Their lack of customer service made my experience lousy. On our way back, we took United Airlines. Totally different.

    My family's dream trip to Walt Disney World Resort could've been the best if not for the rudeness of frontier reps. Our flight was changed to leave 7 hours earlier than scheduled and on my flight back, I encountered the most unbelievably rude reps. They were unhelpful, unhappy and they took it out on all the passengers!

    Guess my flights with Frontier have been unique compared to all the happy fliers on the site. Was on Midway to Denver leg. Experienced one of the worst flight attendant ever.  This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier
