Frontier screwed up the boarding passes and put my 2 year old in a row with strangers, my husband in another row and me in a 3rd row. although passengers were willing to switch the pilot/stewardesses were not willing to let us make changes because they were in a rush to leave. Also if you have to delay a flight 2.5 hours and not update the flight information on the boards I highly suggest you use the intercom when calling to finally board.     I've been a satisfied Frontier customer for about 10 years, tapering off my patronage after they dropped Boise and my family member moved from there. In all that time, pleasant flight crews and no lost baggage. However, I sense there's been a paradigm shift in the way Frontier treats its customers, and what I experienced and observed yesterday is consistent with so many complaints about this airline.

    My booking included 2 passengers, rt ATL-SEA, partially paid for with ER miles. That's actually what prompted the trip use or lose notice for my ER miles. I paid for stretch seating an additional $30/apiece on each flight, or $120. The ATL-SEA piece was without incident. Now the pilot has timed out we have to wait for new pilot and another flight attendant. Then they will not turn the heat off in the back with another hour delay in our seats. Cheap flight.     I booked a flight for 10 people via Apple and 9 out of 10 got preferred seats. I spent hours on the phone to have the last one's preferred seat and was assured it will be assigned only to find out before the flight that I would be away from my family on that trip, alone for hours. And they didn't honor the coupons given to us by the flight attendants on the southbound trip. I am a frequent international traveler and Frontier has received my last dollar.     There are a lot of things that makes me want to fly in another airline. Frontier doesn't honor reserved seats booked from a third party, they put us on opposite ends of the plane.
