    In over 30 years of flying, I have never encountered such rude and inhumane service and after reading the reviews it is of NO surprise my first complaint was not responded to or the fact the FA aggressively and physically approached me as I left the plane - it would appear from the HUNDREDS of similar complaints this behavior is not only ignored but encouraged.

    After checking in online and paying for 3 checked bags, they wouldn't include our checked bags on the flight. They told us to either pay $300 for change flight or get on the flight and just leave the baggage behind.     There are a lot of things that makes me want to fly in another airline. Frontier doesn't honor reserved seats booked from a third party, they put us on opposite ends of the plane. Our luggage got to another destination because of the wrong tag. Everything had extra cost. And they don't have enough water for everyone.

    Flight number 122 from Denver to Dallas on 6/30/13. Flight delayed 3 hours and I never received any notification from the airlines via email, text, automated call. The customer service desk was very unhelpful in exploring other flight options since the flight now doesn't leave until 11pm. They also were very unhelpful in providing any information. I will never use Frontier again, this is a first and a last.
