    The Sky Harbor ticket counter was horrible. Not only did we have to wait on them for 15+ minutes when they did show up they sauntered like they had all day. No comments to anyone about our wait. We happened to be first and actually got our bags tagged after the sixth person in line behind us. The gal "helping" us was rude and I swear moving as slow as she could. Maybe I should not have said anything about being there first! I have over 200k frequent flyer miles-Southwest here I come!

    This is the worst service I have ever received flying.The flight was delayed over four hours and when asked for any type of compensation including sitting with the rest of my party they refused and sent me back to waiting for the plane to arrive.

    When the plane finally did arrive they said that their systems were about to time out so they didn't have time to properly clean the plane and rushed everyone on back to front instead of doing zones or taking into account different loading ways.     In over 30 years of flying, I have never encountered such rude and inhumane service and after reading the reviews it is of NO surprise my first complaint was not responded to or the fact the FA aggressively and physically approached me as I left the plane - it would appear from the HUNDREDS of similar complaints this behavior is not only ignored but encouraged.

This airline just started flying there and it's convenient for neighboring Bucks County residents who prefer this short ride over the congestion and busy airport in Philly. The main reasons I log this review is because if you are flying on a budget (which you likely are on Frontier) then beware of the surly attendants, the lack of snacks, coffee and beverages available on a 3 + hr flight.     I am writing again regarding the experience my children and I had on 6/14/14. I originally emailed on 6/17/14 and again on 6/19/14. I also called and was routed to voicemail. I cannot understand how a company does not respond to paying customer within a few days. Checked luggage was $25. On a 5 plus hour overseas flight we had ONE beverage service and soft drinks cost $2. We had to pay for movies, etc, etc. I will never fly with this airline again.

The planes are small and narrow, leaving very little wiggle room between you and the person sitting next to you.
