    We missed our flight with Frontier and spent 4x the amount because we were refused check in after waiting for 45 minutes at check in line.     They kicked my husband off his flight when our cat that was in a carrier had an accident before take off and some woman complained. They left him there to wait for the next flight 6 hours later and to arrive the next day counting a total of 24 hours of the cat in the carrier with no food or water and my husband without his medication.

They overbooked her flight, tried to bump her to a 1 stop in LA (we live in Virginia) and then they told her that because she was traveling with a pet that she might not get the flight at all. She called and spoke to a real person to get this flight and they still screwed her over. This airline is awful. Book with someone else.
