    Summary
    They had booked us on the wrong flight number (1579 instead of 1759), the flight was not direct contrary to what was advertised, and the agent checking us was incredibly rude, allowing the whole process of printing our tickets to take ONE HOUR.

    We flew with Frontier on October 13 and I have NEVER had a worse experience checking into an airline in my life. Several months ago we booked a direct flight with the Frontier website. Checking into LGA is stressful on its own but when it takes ONE HOUR without knowing if you are going to get on the plane is even worse.     DO NOT FLY FRONTIER FEESline!!!! long story got to the airport 30 minutes early got help checking in (they printed the wrong boarding pass) so missed my flight. they tried to reschedule my flight for two days later, when i'm schedule to return, but was told they could change my return flight for a $100 change fee and the difference in cost. 2 hours later with customer relation and nothing got done. DONT EVER FLY FRONTIER. so i got $600 credit and more change fees...

    I booked a flight for my daughter, got no receipt whatsoever and when I confirmed the details of her flight, she was booked on the wrong flight! But frontier is so proud to admit their mistake I had to PAY TO FIX THE ISSUE!

    I booked a flight for my daughter and never got a reciept. Only when I called with her unacompanied minor details I discovered she was booked on the wrong flight. No reciept and I missed the 24 hour window to change. How could I know??? 250$ to fix the issue. I have been a Frontier customer for years and see them as cheap but ok, sort of.     They made a mistake on my ticket but didn't do anything to correct it. They sent my luggage to another place and when I got my luggage back, many items, EXPENSIVE ITEMS, were missing!

    I was to fly from salt lake to Denver then to mexico, but the plane couldn't get out of denver, so they put us on a different airline. First they made a mistake on my ticket and I had to rush around the airport trying to get a ticket.     It all started with a cancelled flight. The story went on to wrong flight information on the voucher, long hours of waiting on the phone only to get disconnected, uncomfortable seat, no complimentary drinks, charged carry on bags, no printer for boarding passes, and many other issues that this airline should fix or else they should shut down.

We asked for vouchers and they gave us two for $200 (I think that's the law). Those who didn't know to ask got nothing.     I am really thankful that Frontier delays cost us only two days of our vacation as compared with 4 days or more for the others. But still, that is unforgivable. There have been a lot of changes from the old Frontier I have known.
