    Frontier Airlines Horror Stories is a website devoted to enabling the community of air travelers to share the terrible experiences they’ve had with Frontier Airlines.

    The need for this site arose from Frontier’s awful customer service and unwillingness to make amends for the mistreatment of their passengers. Customers often have no viable recourse when mistreated by Frontier Airlines, so a place to share these experiences and warn others is a welcome alternative to silently accepting pain inflicted by Frontier Airlines.

    In their 2014 report, the U.S. Department of Transportation reported that in 2013 Frontier Airlines had the highest complaint rate out of any airline. This site was made to enable people to share their experiences and spread the word, giving them some power in these unfortunate situations that arise all too frequently.

    More personally, one of the people responsible for this site had an atrocious experience with Frontier Airlines; he wasn’t let on a plane even though he arrived at the gate with his boarding pass 20 minutes before the plane left. That then led to him having to rent a car and drive nearly 10 hours just to make it to a connecting airport to eventually reach his final destination. He lost several hundreds of dollars on the long one-way car rental and since Frontier Airlines wouldn’t offer an alternative flight or ticket voucher he was out the price of his plane ticket as well. He missed a day of work and had a terrible travel experience instead. And at the end of that, he shared his experience with Frontier’s customer service. Unfortunately, they would do nothing. They would not even formally apologize for their behavior. That’s the type of airline they are.

    So, this site exists and people can share their experiences so word can spread about the quality of this airline.

    Needless to say, this site is in no way affiliated with Frontier Airlines. Rather, it is here for other aggrieved passengers to share their horror stories on Frontier Airlines flights.

 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
